2. Customized Service Proposal:

  1. Service Recommendations: Based on the information gathered during the needs assessment, we will create a customized service proposal. Clearly outline the services we will provide, the scope of work, and the expected outcomes.
  2. Pricing Structure: We will present a transparent pricing structure that aligns with the agreed-upon services. Be clear about any one-time fees, hourly rates, project-based fees, or retainer arrangements.

3. Client Onboarding Meeting:

5. Kick-off and Regular Communication:

Together, we will conduct periodic reviews of your task utilization, allowing us to offer ongoing support and guidance, ensuring that your package remains optimally tailored to your needs.


Confidentiality forms the cornerstone of our operations, and our services adhere rigorously to the applicable security protocols.


Since most of our services are carried out within our clients' systems, our operations inherently align with your established operating policies and we will be compliant with your operating policies by default. 


However, should your specific requirements necessitate additional confidentiality measures or non-disclosure agreements, our Virtual Solution experts are always ready to accommodate your unique needs


No, there's no need for you to provide any equipment.


Our Virtual Solution experts come fully equipped with the necessary hardware and software to assist you remotely. While most situations do not require any client-provided equipment, there may be exceptional cases where specific equipment is necessary. In such instances, we can arrange to receive client equipment to ensure the seamless provision of these services.


Our team of business support experts boasts expertise in widely adopted standard software packages.


Our experts are both trained and proficient in utilizing the primary industry-standard software packages, which encompass the likes of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, Marketing software, Bookkeeping/finance systems, and HR platforms.

Support and Contact from Team

Absolutely, you will have a designated single point of contact.


Our Virtual Solution Experts collaborate within specialized teams, or 'Pods,' tailored to match the precise combination of skills and expertise that your unique needs demand.


While you will have a primary point of contact, your dedicated Virtual Solution Expert will be bolstered by the support of a minimum of two other skilled experts. 


This approach is designed to guarantee you receive the highest level of service, harnessing the full spectrum of our talent and ensuring seamless coverage for holiday or unforeseen absences.


Our Virtual Solution experts support you remotely.


We have been providing virtual support successfully, however, we have a designated team who can provide on site support when required.


We take a proactive approach to oversee the efficient utilization of hours.


It's common for our clients to encounter both busy and quieter periods over the course of the year. 


Although we allow a minimum of 3 hours to be carried over but it has to be used the following month. 


Our Virtual Solution Experts are proactive in engaging with you to propose additional tasks and activities, ensuring that any available hours are used.


You will have a dedicated point of contact, but your virtual solution expert will be supported by at least 2 other experts. This will ensure that you always have a someone available to support you.


In exceptional cases where it is crucial for a client to have an exclusive one-on-one connection with their virtual solution expert, we can provide this service for an additional fee. 


In such instances, we facilitate a tailor-made introductory session between you and your dedicated virtual solution expert to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs and collaborative preferences.  


Absolutely – the time with your expert is entirely yours, to be used according to your preferences.


You can enlist your expert in various ways, including managing personal aspects of your life, such as coordinating travel plans or handling household financial matters.


We will provide you a dedicated point of contact in addition to your virtual solution expert, and expert will also have support from two other experts.


Our unique service model revolves around our experts collaborating within a virtual team, curated to match the specific skills and experience you require.


This approach ensures access to a diverse range of business support expertise and guarantees uninterrupted support, even during holidays and absences.


In the event that your primary point of contact is unavailable, we will promptly inform you of your temporary main point of contact for the duration of their absence."

  • Our standard operating hours for Admin and Business support are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  •  We also offer round-the-clock availability, 24/7, 365 days a year, for both our Admin, Business Support.
